- Sainfoin (Onobrychis viciifolia)
- Perennial of dry, calcareous grassland. Possibly native in parts of SE England
but introduced to other parts of England and Wales. Leaves comprise 6 to 14
pairs of oval leaflets. Conical spikes of red-veined pink flowers appear June to
August. Height up to 75cm
