You are clearly not aware that the United Kingdom has for several centuries been in the forefront of animal emancipation.

Britain was the first European Country to ban the ritual burning of hundreds of cats at the same time during witch hunts, restricting the burning of cats to one cat per witch. We are very proud of that record.

We are unsure that dogs would fare well with our confuse-a-cat system. We think the introduction of 120 volts into the tracks would be a preferred solution.
